The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating after an emergency evacuation slide appeared to fall out of the sky from a United Airlines flight on Monday. The incident left one building slightly damaged, but no injuries on the ground were reported.Residents in the far northwestern side of Chicago reportedly heard a loud boom as a result of the slide crashing to the ground. The slide fell about four miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD).
